The clinic was very good from start to finish. Communication is key to good service and they have kept it well for my entire stay. My case managers Ceren and Mattia kept me informed on the entire procedure. Booked the appointment in the middle of my busy work week and they accommodated it easily. From pickup at airport, to the hotel, to the clinic, and back to airport all transportation was taken care of with experienced drivers and in comfortable vehicles. The staff at Smile Hair clinic were very polite and hospitable. They addressed any concerns I had. During consultation the surgeon was clear on what could be done with my hairline and adjusted according to my preference. He and the assistants made sure the operation went smoothly. There was little concern for a language barrier. The post-op care instructions were given clearly and the answered any lingering questions I had. Overall, I'm satisfied with how my experience went with this clinic and would visit again should the need arise.

The overall experience with Smile Clinic was great from pre and after the operation. They did a fantastic job at organizing all the shuttles in coordination with the flight. The procedure it self took less time than expected. I didn’t feel a thing. The staff was very friendly and so was my Patient Experience Case Manager Ceren. I can’t wait to the results in a couple of months.

My experience with Smile Hair Clinic was extremely professional. Before the appointment they were very informative about all the procedure options. I was nervous on the day of the procedure and very anxious during the beginning of the procedure. Thankfully they did an amazing job transplanting 4250 grafts from my donor area to my new area and I’m excited to see what the results will be over the next 12 months. So far the post op process has been very smooth as the clinic has provided me with all the resources I need and a 24/7 helpline. My Patient Experience Case Manager, Ceren has been helpful throughout the process. I feel very good about what the future holds after going through with it!

I have done the hair transplantation on july 2024.
They had arranged everything transport and hotel etc.
They described me the procedure clearly. After the many months ( nearly 4 months) I didn’t see any growth. At 6 months i have noticed very little bit hairs . At 8 month all hair had been grown.

Experience was fantastic, from the moment i started speaking to smile through WhatsApp they were very responsive and answered any question. Once booked and once arrived into Turkey you get picked up from the airport and taken to your hotel, all travel involving the airport, hotel and clinic is covered by them which puts you at ease as it’s not everyday you travel overseas to have a procedure done. Throughout my time in the clinic the staff were very attentive to me and ensured at all times I was comfortable. From the first contact with Smile Hair Clinic I was made to feel at ease and immediately felt both comfortable and confident in my decision to use them as my preferred procedure company.
I had approx 8 x consultations with various transplant operators, a mix from Turkey & UK.
Smile was the only clinic I felt an instant trust barrier with the communication..
From enquiry to operation was approx 5wks as I wanted a quick turn around.
Communication was fantastic with all the team and I was constantly updated and informed.
On arrival into Istanbul I was collected from the airport and chauffeured to my hotel of choice, zero issues.
The following morning I was collected from my hotel and brought to the clinic, everything was explained to me in a clear and understanding manner and at no point did I feel either unsure or confused.
Everyone from the receptionist to the surgical team were fantastic, with clear and transparent communications at all times.
My patent case manager, Ceren was fantastic and making me feel at ease was so important…
Going into surgery my emotions were filled with excitement and nerves but having been explained the process I was more than happy to continue.
The whole procedure was approx 5hrs in total.
I was on my way back to hotel approx 7pm.
The following morning was a return to the clinic for a checkup with doctor to inspect that everything had went to plan, a head wash and bandage change.
I was given all the necessary information and products to take home with me.
I am just over 2wks since my procedure and thankfully it seems to have been a complete success, although time will tell.
I have followed all advice given to me, used all their recommended products, I have thankfully avoided any potential infections and not had any side effects.
I did not chose to use smile hair clinic due to the price, that was irrelevant to me, but I went on recommendation from a friend of which I’m so glad I did.
I have nothing but praise and compliments to give regards my whole experience and congratulate the staff for their professionalism.
I shall await to see my progress over coming months and already am planning a return visit in September of this year.

Greate experience so far, after 10 days of surgery. I used the best package where I could choose my own doctor in order to get best results.

I was a little bit afraid at first but all of three stages (channel openning, extraction, implantation) of the operation were quite comfortable and not scarry at all.

Hairline design is good, dr. Erdogan openned channels so that hairline looks natural, not too round and with irregularities how it is supposed to be. Seems like front hairline made of ones, so in the end I am expecting good looking natural result.

No signs of donor area overharvesting, they took 3.5 grafts, separated doubles and triples and made 4100 out of it.

Smile did a very good job for me, and I’m really happy for doing my research before i booked.

The process went so smoothly, and I have nothing bad to say. A lot of grafts, and a good job by Dr Ali. I can now perfectly see where the new hairline will come.

The process is not painful, I know many people including myself, that are scared if it hurts. The local anaesthesia is the worst part, but this is more discomfort than pain. Nothing to worry about!
