From the moment Smile picked me up at the airport to when they dropped me back off, the service was top-notch. I went in for FUE hair transplant surgery, mainly to rebuild my front hairline where I’d always had a bit more of a widow’s peak than I wanted. 🔹 The Procedure: The specialist doctor did it, and it was way more chill than I thought it would be. The medical team was super professional and explained everything beforehand, which made the whole thing way less stressful.

Previously, I had consulted numerous establishments due to my hair loss severity, which was rated as a seven on the Norwood Scale. However, upon contacting SMILE Hair Clinic, I was pleasantly surprised by their exceptional assistance. I underwent my hair restoration procedure in January, and five months later, I have experienced a substantial regrowth of hair. I am highly satisfied with the results and wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Всегда комплексовал из-за того, что начал лысеть рано (в ~20 лет). И вот в 23 года я решил, что надо делать пересадку, когда разные средства (миноксидил, красный лук) давали временный эффект и не давали эффекта "Вау".
Трансфер всегда был удобный и комфортный, общались по WhatsApp (так что нужен будет интернет в Турции).
Клиника предоставляла переводчицу и русскоязычных докторов, это огромный плюс, так как мы до операции могли понятно друг другу объяснить, что и как мы можем сделать.
Самое больное было это ввод местной анестезии, а потом ты как в каске ничего не чувствуешь. Лично для меня 8 часов прошли быстро, так же был перерыв на вкусный обед.
В будущем я пришлю результат до/после, когда будут расти новые волосы (они начинают спустя пол года).

Пишу отзыв на второй день после операции, находясь в аэропорту Стамбула. Три года искал отговорки, почему не сейчас, но всё-таки решился сделать операцию. Решение о выборе клиники, как ни странно, принял на основании рекомендации chatgpt по поиску в русскоязычном и немецкоязычном сегменте (родился в России, живу в Германии). Из предложений по цене от трёх лучших клиник по мнению ИИ выбрал самое привлекательное от Smile Clinik.
Самый простой пакет, операцию проводит команда молодых, но по-ощущению, достаточно опытных хирургов. При этом первичная консультация и определение контуров пересадки от именитого хирурга клиники доктора Ахметова. Причем на русском языке. Быстро, четко, без лишних слов. Цак-цак, поехали. 5-6 часов надо, конечно, потерпеть, особенно обезболивание. Постоянно помощь переводчицы, ей отдельное спасибо.
Отель - для своей цены полностью устроил. Про трансферы также ничего плохого, всё организовано, водитель встретил в заранее оговоренном месте, прилет был в 23 часа, никаких вопросов.
Всё предварительное общение через WhatsApp, что удобно (опять же на русском), с другими клиниками общался на немецком, на русском они не могут. Для меня не проблема, но кому-то может быть сложновато даже на английском.
В немецких отзывах некоторые в недостаток пишут про "конвейер", типа мало каждому личного внимания, или что-то такое. Да, людей много, операций проводится много, по моему это только в плюс. Я пойду есть только в тот ресторан, где уже сидит много человек, это показатель качества.
Немного сумбурно, но как-то так.
В общем, рекомендую.
Посмотрим на результат через полгода,через год, добавлю ещё что-то

I would definitely recommend this clinic to the people who are looking for a trustworthy clinic for their hair transplant. The pre-operation consultation was soo good. The transport was amazing. The food was so delicious. Whole staff including doctors, were soo friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience.

Les bémols:
A mon arrivée à l'aéroport le chauffeur du minibus n'était pas sur le parking, il est arrivé avec environ 15mn de retard.
Ensuite, je n'ai pas apprécié d'être obligé de payer en cash, étant donné la pénalité de 20% de frais pour payer par carte. C'est stressant de prendre l'avion avec des milliers d'Euros en billets.
L'hôtel du forfait Platinum était décevant, assez froid et impersonnel pour un 5 étoiles. Le restaurant était mauvais, et il n'y avait pas de room service lors de ma venue.
Juste avant l'opération, les billets sont comptés, et on me propose une perfusion d'ozone pour 100 ou 200€ de plus. Je n'ai pas apprécié cette proposition de dernière minute, stressante, même si je l'ai acceptée, pour mettre toutes les chances de mon côté.
Pendant les 8h d'intervention, j'ai accepté un anxiolitique, mais il n'y avait pas de musique ni de diffusion d'un film pour faire passer le temps : j'aurais pourtant apprécié.
A mon retour en Suisse le samedi soir, j'ai oublié mes médicaments dans le train. Personne n'était en ligne sur whatsapp pour me dépanner le weekend, j'ai du attendre le lundi matin. Heureusement, une pharmacie de garde m'a donné des antibiotiques de dépannage dont j'avais besoin dans l'urgence.

The clinic was very good from start to finish. Communication is key to good service and they have kept it well for my entire stay. My case managers Ceren and Mattia kept me informed on the entire procedure. Booked the appointment in the middle of my busy work week and they accommodated it easily. From pickup at airport, to the hotel, to the clinic, and back to airport all transportation was taken care of with experienced drivers and in comfortable vehicles. The staff at Smile Hair clinic were very polite and hospitable. They addressed any concerns I had. During consultation the surgeon was clear on what could be done with my hairline and adjusted according to my preference. He and the assistants made sure the operation went smoothly. There was little concern for a language barrier. The post-op care instructions were given clearly and the answered any lingering questions I had. Overall, I'm satisfied with how my experience went with this clinic and would visit again should the need arise.

The overall experience with Smile Clinic was great from pre and after the operation. They did a fantastic job at organizing all the shuttles in coordination with the flight. The procedure it self took less time than expected. I didn’t feel a thing. The staff was very friendly and so was my Patient Experience Case Manager Ceren. I can’t wait to the results in a couple of months.

My experience with Smile Hair Clinic was extremely professional. Before the appointment they were very informative about all the procedure options. I was nervous on the day of the procedure and very anxious during the beginning of the procedure. Thankfully they did an amazing job transplanting 4250 grafts from my donor area to my new area and I’m excited to see what the results will be over the next 12 months. So far the post op process has been very smooth as the clinic has provided me with all the resources I need and a 24/7 helpline. My Patient Experience Case Manager, Ceren has been helpful throughout the process. I feel very good about what the future holds after going through with it!

I have done the hair transplantation on july 2024.
They had arranged everything transport and hotel etc.
They described me the procedure clearly. After the many months ( nearly 4 months) I didn’t see any growth. At 6 months i have noticed very little bit hairs . At 8 month all hair had been grown.
At 10 th month hair fully growns
